Figure out how you’re going to manage the tender evaluation, what has to be done, when everything has to be done and who is going to do it. Typical tasks include:
- Choosing and documenting an evaluation strategy
- Identifying specifications and selection criteria
- Selecting the right staff to conduct the evaluation
- Making sure everyone involved has no conflict of interest
